Global Head of Procurement (SaaS)

hirify.global is a SaaS company scaling its global procurement, finance, and vendor operations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies across software, IT tools, professional services, and other business-critical categories.
• Build a global procurement operating model covering sourcing practices, governance, supplier standards, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead supplier evaluation, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, vendor performance, and the full procurement lifecycle.
• Modernize procurement technology, including implementation and integration of Tipalti and NetSuite.
• Transform the global Travel & Expense function, including policies, corporate card programs, and supporting software.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, and executives on budgets, savings, compliance, risk management, reporting, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience managing global sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and spend across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience supporting IPO and/or SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of procurement and spend-management systems, including Tipalti and NetSuite, plus extensive global Travel & Expense and corporate card experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead globally distributed teams, influence executives, analyze procurement data, and manage contractual, licensing, compliance, and supplier risks.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant procurement certifications such as CPM or CPSM.
• Experience driving AI-first procurement and vendor-risk frameworks.
