Business Systems Analyst I (AI)

Location: Onsite in Fremont, California; Newark, California is also listed in the conditions.

Salary: $42–$45 per hour on W2. Contract duration: 6+ months.

What you will do

• Analyze asset data and identify opportunities to improve asset-management processes and systems.
• Define, validate, combine, and statistically interpret datasets from multiple sources.
• Support solution testing, debugging, documentation, and system issue resolution.
• Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines, procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
• Create process maps, diagrams, flow charts, and workflow documentation using tools such as Visio.
• Identify repetitive work and drive automation or other process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to design effective solutions to complex problems and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and support weekly team output.
• Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, process mapping, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Enterprise application experience.
• Python experience.
