Program Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV. U.S. citizenship is required. Occasional travel to FAA facilities and other CONUS locations may be required.

What you will do

• Provide analytical, operational, reporting, and coordination support across FAA IT programs and products.
• Document requirements, procedures, system information, project data, service metrics, and performance trends.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, risks, issues, dependencies, staffing data, project records, and deliverable status.
• Support governance activities, monthly reporting, meeting records, workforce data, product performance, and adoption metrics.
• Analyze service tickets and user issues, coordinate triage with product owners and technical teams, and track resolution.
• Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, onboarding materials, and other knowledge-base resources while supporting user adoption of data, analytics, governance, and AI products.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive, confidential, or regulated information and follow FAA and federal policies.

Nice to have

• FAA, federal, or regulated enterprise IT experience.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, dashboards, service metrics, or knowledge management.
• Experience supporting PMO reporting, helpdesk operations, product adoption, or data-governance programs.
