Senior Workday Integrations Lead (Workday)

Location: Remote - Virginia, United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus an opportunity for a 10% annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage HR technology applications including Workday, UKG, Concur, Cornerstone, SAP, Oracle, and enterprise data warehouse systems.
• Lead the architecture, development, maintenance, and deployment of Workday HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, RaaS, web services, XSLT, and XPath.
• Lead cross-functional projects for new HR technology implementations and enhancements while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Analyze HR processes and systems, identify improvements, and implement solutions that improve performance, usability, and data flow.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday integration, HCM data, security, configuration, and data integrity issues.
• Provide mentorship, document technical designs and processes, and support knowledge transfer across HR, IT, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of IT experience and 7 or more years of relevant Workday HCM integration implementation, rollout, and support experience.
• Strong Workday Studio experience is required.
• Advanced experience with Workday RaaS integrations, EIB, web services, XSLT, XPath, HCM modules, and delivered HCM processes and reports.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, testing, Agile methodologies, and the full SDLC and support lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and Workday technical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, UKG, or other HCM applications.
• Experience with Palantir and Power BI for HR data analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Workday business process configuration, customization, functional setup, and security.
