Workday Integrations & Reporting Developer (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Herndon, Virginia, or Richardson, Texas; US Citizenship or US Person status required

Salary: $132,800–$164,300 USD base salary, plus bonus plans and benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, Workday Studio, custom reports, and web services.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts for Workday HCM and business stakeholders.
• Design automated monitoring and alerting solutions, monitor integration activity, and resolve warnings, errors, and transmission failures.
• Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop test cases, perform regression testing, and support enhancements, fixes, and Workday releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the Workday HR technology and adoption roadmap, with opportunities to support Oracle Fusion ERP.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or US Person status required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience, including 2 or more years of Workday integration development.
• Expert knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics, with experience across benefits, compensation, recruiting, payroll, absence, time, and security.
• Experience with web services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.
• Knowledge of ITGC controls, data protection, access management, testing, implementation, incident management, and root cause analysis.
