Senior Workday Analyst (Workday Talent)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to states where hirify.global has an established business presence. Candidates cannot reside in AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, ND, NE, VT, WV, or WY.

Salary: $94,400–$119,950 per year

What you will do

• Own the Workday Talent process and lead enhancements, cases, production support, and related workstreams.
• Configure Workday Talent for projects and business support while maintaining the talent technology roadmap.
• Partner with Talent leadership, HR stakeholders, and IT to design scalable processes and system interfaces.
• Facilitate small- to mid-scale projects, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements based on HR technology trends and professional expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of Workday configuration experience and 5 years of HRIS, IT, or HR application analysis and support experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Talent, including upgrades and new-feature management.
• Experience with data, business process design and documentation, production support, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• US work authorization is required without current or future sponsorship.
