Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Compounding)

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; on-site. Day-shift leadership role with regular production-floor presence and flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop shift employees while maintaining accountability for safety, behavior, performance, and quality.
• Plan shift activities, staffing, and resources to meet production schedules and operational goals.
• Monitor safety, production, quality, and cost metrics, including overtime and operating supplies.
• Conduct line walks, communicate site priorities, and ensure work is completed according to established schedules and procedures.
• Facilitate problem solving, issue resolution, waste reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead or participate in EHS and quality investigations and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, operations, process safety, and personal safety principles.
• Experience using digital tools and systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Nice to have

• Previous people leadership experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
