Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000/yr

What you will do

• Build and own the financial model, including budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Partner cross-functionally with department leads on headcount planning and spend reviews.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant books and coordinate with outside accountants and auditors.
• Oversee AP, AR, and day-to-day cash operations.
• Implement and scale finance tooling and processes to support company growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have authorization to work in the US (E-Verify participation).
• Strong experience as a finance generalist comfortable with both accounting and FP&A.
• Proven ability to build financial models and manage month-end close processes.
• Fluency in modern finance tooling (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience maintaining GAAP-compliant financial records.

• Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company.
• Background in mortgage, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience supporting fundraises or board reporting.
