What you will do

• Code, review, and process supplier and vendor invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, audit receipts, and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare electronic funds transfers and scheduled payment runs.
• Resolve billing issues with Procurement, Administration, and external suppliers.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card statements.
• Maintain supplier master records and electronic financial files.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional accounts payable processing or Oracle Fusion experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or travel and hospitality platforms such as BirchStreet.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, general ledgers, and invoice-to-purchase-order matching.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume processing environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for vendor and cross-functional coordination.
