Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist (SAP)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA; fully onsite

Salary: USD 27–31 per hour, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match of up to 8%.

What you will do

• Process accurate and timely vendor payments, invoices, purchase orders, ACH transfers, wires, and checks.
• Own payment runs, verify vendor bank details, maintain vendor records, and manage utility and payroll benefits payables.
• Record receipts, create customer invoices, manage collections, release orders, and maintain accounts receivable aging.
• Reconcile bank activity and prepare journal entries for foreign currency conversion gains and losses.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, supply chain, production, banks, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready records and process documentation supporting month-end close.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Substantial hands-on SAP experience with AR, invoicing, vendor maintenance, payment runs, and related transactions.
• Experience with vendor master data, credit holds, credit limit adjustments, and payment reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Longmont, Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with self-bill vendor arrangements.
