Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Hybrid office role in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

What you will do

• Own project and platform program delivery from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, controls, milestones, and quality standards across concurrent client engagements.
• Run Scrum ceremonies and coordinate Agile software development teams alongside creative and strategy workstreams using waterfall timelines.
• Support development teams in Jira, review deliverables, and maintain standards for client-facing work.
• Write scopes and Statements of Work, define delivery teams, and create integrated timelines across agency, client, and third-party stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project managers and producers while collaborating with account management, technical, creative, and client leadership.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in technical or digital project management or program management, including end-to-end platform builds.
• Required experience managing technical or platform-based digital programs in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile software development, with working familiarity with waterfall delivery for creative and strategy workstreams.
• Direct delivery experience with CMS, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, Adobe Experience Cloud, Contentful, or Optimizely.
• Ability to manage budgets, write scopes and Statements of Work, communicate trade-offs, and manage concurrent multi-industry engagements.
• Proficiency with Jira, Google Workspace, project documentation, written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving.
