Digital Project Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Lead eCommerce and digital self-service projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams across strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, product, and business requirements.
• Manage project communications, meetings, status updates, action items, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Document scope changes, assess their impact, and adjust project plans and resource allocation.
• Support project intake and prioritization based on resource availability and business value.
• Lead retrospectives and implement process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital program management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing creative execution and resource allocation for strategy, UX, UI, copywriting, and business requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, self-service technologies, content management systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools.
• Experience with Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.

Nice to have

• Experience managing creative execution for large-scale digital projects.
• Previous telecommunications industry experience.
