Senior Project Manager (Amazon Connect)

Location: Remote from Brazil; up to 25% travel may be required depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for Amazon Connect implementations, from discovery through client handoff.
• Develop project plans, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing strategies, CRM integrations, and related AWS services.
• Coordinate AI/ML-powered features using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and other AWS technologies.
• Manage analytics, reporting, CI/CD pipelines, custom integrations, testing, knowledge transfer, and client adoption.
• Develop reusable implementation assets, improve delivery practices, present solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience and 3+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with contact center technologies, customer experience solutions, and complex technical implementations.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of AWS services, contact flows, IVR, CTI, telephony, integrations, testing, and solution delivery.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect experience, including Contact Lens, outbound campaigns, agent workspaces, and analytics.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Python or Node, infrastructure as code, and contact center operations.
