Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CT

What you will do

• Deliver safe, patient-centered primary care through asynchronous and synchronous care modalities.
• Care for adult patients across preventive care, chronic disease management, and common acute concerns.
• Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining clinical quality.
• Build longitudinal patient relationships and communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Use clinical platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and operational tools to troubleshoot and optimize care delivery.
• Contribute to clinical protocols, population health initiatives, care-gap closure, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license required; additional active state licenses are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience providing primary care to adults.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CT.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions through patient messaging, with escalation to synchronous care when appropriate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Technical aptitude, curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
