Procurement Buyer (f/m/d)

Location: Budapest, with the role available in Hungary or Germany; hybrid working

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Build supplier relationships, manage procurement risks, and resolve operational supplier issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and provide regular reporting and KPI updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, life sciences, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supplier management.
• Experience with procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English and German are required.
