Business Development Manager (Gaming)

Location: New York, NY, USA

Salary: $103,700–$153,500 per year, with potential bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Support the full deal lifecycle, from partner outreach and platform alignment through contract tracking and execution.
• Build business cases, ROI projections, and data-driven valuations for strategic partnerships.
• Scout markets for new platforms, emerging technologies, and distribution channels.
• Support publishing labels and coordinate partner commitments across internal business units.
• Monitor commercial performance of the digital portfolio and conduct regular compliance and revenue health checks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, partner management, or operations.
• Experience in gaming, digital media, or entertainment is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and financial valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of commercial contract structures and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
