Product Enablement Manager (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the long-term strategy for hirify.global Learn, including content architecture, automation, and delivery methods.
• Design and deliver organization-wide training, client-facing webinars, product documentation, and Help Center content.
• Serve as the strategic product expert for Clinical and Practice Management workflows, translating complex functionality into clear content.
• Build content enablement strategies, reusable templates, and frameworks for tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk.
• Lead cross-functional feature launch planning and collaborate with Marketing on rollout campaigns and customer education.
• Evaluate LMS, automation, and AI-driven enablement tools and recommend adoption where they improve scale and accuracy.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, medical billing, scheduling, or hirify.global’s SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of automation, LMS platforms, and emerging enablement technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience creating training content, documentation, and enablement frameworks at scale.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, LMS platforms, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or clinical operations; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with medical software such as EHR or PMS platforms.
