Talent Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; on-site with four days per week in the office, Tuesday through Friday

Salary: $120,000–$136,600 annually in Chicago, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation

What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and design leadership, manager development, onboarding, and role-specific learning programs.
• Own the full lifecycle of learning programs, including needs analysis, content design, facilitation, iteration, and measurement.
• Build accessible, scalable e-learning modules and blended learning experiences with authoring tools and digital platforms.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for individual contributors and managers.
• Advise HR business partners and stakeholders on enablement needs and connect learning initiatives to performance outcomes.
• Design AI-powered workflows, manage concurrent projects, and use assessments, surveys, and business metrics to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, Learning Experience Design, or a related people development function.
• Experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning training programs.
• Strong slide-based content design skills and experience creating e-learning content with authoring tools.
• Experience consulting with and influencing stakeholders to define learning needs and drive adoption.
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows, create content, and improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in an instructional design-focused role or a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-based content delivery.
• Knowledge of leadership development frameworks and experience designing programs for manager and executive audiences.
• Experience using analytics to measure and communicate program impact.
