Logistics and Procurement Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at the warehouse four days per week in Burlington, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations across in-house warehouses, 3PL sites, and forward stocking locations.
• Optimize forward stocking locations using forecasts and project pipelines to reduce lead times, shipping costs, and stock-outs.
• Maintain NetSuite master data, inventory transactions, cycle counts, serial and bin accuracy, and shortage and movement reporting.
• Manage inbound and outbound flows, documentation, SLAs, OTIF performance, returns, claims, and shipping accuracy.
• Create warehouse, shipping, returns, and kitting SOPs; implement dashboards, alerts, KPIs, barcode controls, and root-cause improvements.
• Manage local procurement, suppliers, carriers, import/export processes, Incoterms, HTS classification, and hazmat or lithium compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on logistics, warehouse, or 3PL experience in the United States.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and operational dashboards using Excel or Sheets.
• Demonstrated process improvement, SOP implementation, and KPI ownership.
• Fluent English required; Hebrew is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of U.S. import/export, Incoterms, HTS, and hazmat or lithium requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite in Burlington, New Jersey four days per week and travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Hebrew language skills.
• Experience managing forward stocking locations, supplier SLAs, and cost-down initiatives.
