Inventory, Logistics and Kitting Coordinator

Location: Hayward, California, United States; occasional support at customer sites across the Bay and Stockton area.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory and asset records, track replenishment needs, shortages, misuse, and priority work.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, RMAs, shipping labels, carrier processes, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Kit, stage, and configure equipment for regional projects and customers while meeting internal quality standards.
• Procure equipment, tools, and spares in NetSuite; enter shipping invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work with Procurement to monitor requisitions and purchase orders and escalate delivery issues.
• Provide occasional field-service support at local customer depots and follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Professional experience with internal logistics and procurement systems and tools.
• Supply chain experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with electronic ticketing and ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with data cabling, basic software configuration, cable crimping, termination, and repair is preferred.
• Network equipment installation and maintenance experience and basic Linux knowledge are preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
