Logistics Subject Matter Expert (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Rehovot, Israel; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Own logistics execution within the assigned subdomain and ensure stable, efficient operations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for operational collaboration, performance management, and problem solving.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
• Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions.
• Manage projects end to end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams to turn data into actionable improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven success leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in complex, high-volume environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Availability for full-time onsite work in Rehovot, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and analytics tools.
• Exposure to automation, digital technologies, and AI solutions.
• Semiconductor or manufacturing experience.
