VP, Product Management (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the Identity Security and AI Security product teams and define the boundaries between identity and agentic AI security.
• Develop and validate product strategy for agentic and non-human identity risk.
• Translate product hypotheses into roadmaps and quarterly execution with engineering.
• Present product vision and strategy to executive leadership, sales, field, and marketing teams.
• Build high-trust relationships with distributed product teams and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience developing and executing product strategy for B2B SaaS products.
• Experience managing managers or a remote/distributed product management team.
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity company is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills, including the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and global sales and services teams.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Identity or AI Security, including IGA, IAM, NHI, or CIEM.
• Experience with a strategic pivot or post-acquisition product integration.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, distributed-team visits, and global stakeholder engagement.
