Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy, roadmap, and investment decisions for the scanning engine portfolio across hirify.global One.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team across multiple domains.
• Set measurable business outcomes for detection quality, engine performance, accuracy, scalability, and customer trust.
• Partner with R&D leadership to align engineering capacity and delivery commitments with the roadmap.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into differentiated B2B SaaS and enterprise security products.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other go-to-market functions around the engine strategy, while engaging enterprise and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven success launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise security products.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and lean principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong perspective on AI/ML product development and familiarity with data, model development, evaluation, and deployment; cybersecurity, application security, or developer tooling experience is strongly preferred.
