Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global builds B2B payment tools that help small business owners spend less time on back-office work. The product company operates in the fintech sector, with offices in New York and Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Drive the product development lifecycle for B2B payment solutions from research through launch.
• Work with large customers and partners to embed and grow the hirify.global platform in their products and services.
• Build business cases through market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback.
• Define success metrics, feature priorities, business requirements, technical requirements, and product documentation.
• Guide engineering teams in developing payment experiences and collaborate across data, marketing, operations, business development, and sales.
• Understand partner workflows, user behavior, and jobs to be done to identify growth opportunities for embedded solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B products serving large companies and enterprises.
• Experience with complex integration projects involving large customers or companies.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Excellent storytelling, written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
