What you will do
- Own a core area of the Data Security Posture Management product from strategy and roadmap through delivery and launch.
- Partner with engineering to turn the roadmap into predictable releases and take the product to market.
- Drive customer adoption and measurable impact rather than focusing only on shipped features.
- Make product decisions around data-scanning coverage, accuracy, speed, and cost.
- Gather customer and market feedback, convert it into evidence-based priorities, and defend those decisions with stakeholders.
- Expand ownership across sensitive-data discovery, scanning, risk findings, and customer remediation workflows.
Requirements
- Product management experience in cybersecurity, or experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect with the technical depth to move into core product management.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product area from roadmap definition to an adopted product.
- Technical ability to reason about data discovery, scanning, risk assessment, and the related processing pipeline.
- Ability to work as a senior individual contributor and drive outcomes through influence rather than people management.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including product briefs and evidence-based prioritization cases.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and their application to product and team workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in data security, DSPM, DLP, cloud security, or SaaS security.
- Ownership of technically deep products such as detection or scanning engines and data-processing pipelines where correctness and scale matter.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Snowflake, and Salesforce environments.
