Group Product Manager, Product Solutions (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers delivering complex AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Work directly with customers to identify high-value use cases, define ROI, and establish success metrics.
• Shape ambiguous opportunities and drive solutions from early concepts and POCs through production deployment.
• Set priorities across a portfolio of solutions and multiple parallel customer engagements.
• Make product trade-offs across execution speed, stability, scope, quality, reuse, and long-term product value.
• Identify recurring patterns and drive productization in collaboration with the Platform team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers.
• Experience working with complex systems and enterprise customers while navigating competing needs and constraints.
• Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction, and enabling independent decision-making.
• Ability to define problems in ambiguous environments and lead solutions from concept to production.
• Track record of delivering products or systems with real-world business impact while balancing speed, quality, and scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills across engineering, AI, go-to-market, and customer teams.
