What you will do

• Own paid static creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity across hirify.global Consumer and Krak.
• Build platform-native assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Concept and produce performance video and AI-generated or AI-assisted imagery and video.
• Develop culturally timely concepts, hooks, and creative pillars that support ongoing campaign testing.
• Version and localize assets across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, compliance, and regional teams to approve and improve creative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance creative experience in a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating paid static work, full video cuts, AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and performance testing decisions.
• Strong layout, hierarchy, typography, composition, copywriting, and video production skills.
• Platform-native expertise across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with knowledge of performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Advanced experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and generative AI tools.
• Ability to work quickly within regulatory constraints and explain crypto and investing concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated category.
• Strong fluency in internet and meme culture, with an instinct for culturally timely creative.
