Freelance Creative Producer (FR/IT/ES)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in France, Italy, or Spain

What you will do

• Translate and adapt advertising copy from English into French, Italian, and Spanish for local markets.
• Produce paid social ads for Meta by adapting captions, stills, video footage, and voice-over scripts from templates.
• Source UGC material, create creator briefs, and manage the process from outreach through delivery.
• Optimize creative assets using performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Research local trends, personas, messaging barriers, triggers, and competitors, then develop creative hypotheses.
• Use relevant AI creative production tools to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a creative or social media role as a Strategist, Producer, Copywriter, or similar.
• Based in France, Italy, or Spain.
• Native French, Italian, or Spanish and working proficiency in English.
• Experience creating performance-focused paid social content and adapting creative for local markets.
• Hands-on editing skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience briefing and managing UGC creators or influencers, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the other two Southern European languages.
• Experience working at an advertising agency, app company, or SaaS company.
