Location: Remote, with candidates based in France, Italy, or Spain

What you will do
- Localize high-performing advertising concepts for French, Italian, and Spanish markets.
- Adapt copy, hooks, captions, voice-over scripts, stills, and video assets for Meta campaigns.
- Produce finished, specification-compliant ads using templates, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Source user-generated content, brief creators, and manage the process from outreach through delivery.
- Research local trends, personas, messaging barriers, triggers, and competitors.
- Develop creative hypotheses and optimize assets using performance data such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a creative or social media role as a Strategist, Producer, or Copywriter.
- Native proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish and working proficiency in English required.
- Based in France, Italy, or Spain.
- Experience creating performance-focused paid social content.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
- Experience briefing and managing UGC creators or influencers, with strong prioritization and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience at an advertising agency, app, or SaaS company.
- Knowledge of the other two Southern European languages.
- Experience using AI creative production tools.
