Freelance Creative Producer DACH

What you will do

• Translate and adapt English ad copy into natural German hooks, captions, on-screen text, and voice-over scripts.
• Produce spec-correct Meta ads by editing captions, stills, video footage, and templates.
• Source user-generated content, brief creators, and manage the process from outreach through delivery.
• Optimize paid-social creatives using performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Research DACH trends, personas, messaging, barriers, triggers, and competitors while developing creative hypotheses.
• Use relevant AI creative-production tools where they improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Several years of creative or social media experience as a Strategist, Producer, or Copywriter, in-house or freelance.
• Native German and working proficiency in English.
• Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of DACH social-media trends and experience creating performance-focused paid-social content.
• Hands-on editing skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience briefing and managing UGC creators and influencers, with strong prioritization and communication skills.
