Consumer Services Senior Paid Advertising Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead paid advertising strategy and execution for complex, high-value client accounts.
• Plan campaigns, optimize performance, conduct QA, pace budgets, and advise on budget changes.
• Develop proactive recommendations using campaign data, attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, and measurement frameworks.
• Maintain testing roadmaps, manage experimentation timelines, and lead strategic client conversations.
• Identify and escalate performance risks while supporting cross-channel account performance.
• Mentor junior talent, contribute to new business appraisals, and integrate AI and Nova ecosystem tools into daily workflows.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency setting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels, such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other applicable networks.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and ongoing optimization.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office suites and Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required. Strong communication, organization, project management, analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills are also required.
