Marketing, Growth & Social Designer (Generative AI)

Location: Remote, based in Latin America (LATAM)

What you will do

• Create high-quality static, motion, and video assets for websites, landing pages, app stores, in-app experiences, social media, and paid acquisition.
• Develop creative for lifecycle marketing, growth, performance, and subscription-product campaigns.
• Design performance-driven ads and short-form video for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Adapt and resize creative across formats, placements, markets, and file types.
• Publish and maintain marketing content in WordPress, including web content updates.
• Use generative AI for ideation, visual development, image generation and editing, while refining outputs into production-ready creative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Advanced experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and web content publishing.
• Professional experience with generative AI creative tools and marketing creative for consumer-facing mobile apps, digital products, or subscription products.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, branding, visual systems, digital campaigns, and production quality.
• Advanced English communication skills and residence in Latin America are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid acquisition, performance marketing creative, short-form video, and social platforms.
• Experience with mobile app marketing, SaaS, subscription products, or consumer technology.
• Experience with design systems, scalable creative templates, and creative performance metrics.
• Familiarity with additional AI-powered creative, video, or image-generation tools.
