Credit Lead (Middle Market)

Salary: $141,830–$263,408 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Oversee credit analysis, underwriting, adjudication, and portfolio management for middle-market clients across industries and geographies.
• Provide customized credit and banking solutions supporting working capital, capital expenditures, growth, acquisitions, and other strategic needs.
• Lead and manage Credit Solutions colleagues, providing functional guidance, risk management coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, workflow balance, and delivery of accurate work within required cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with credit risk appetite, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business growth, cross-functional initiatives, market analysis, and ad-hoc organizational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively increasing credit underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership and coaching experience in underwriting or credit management, including informal leadership.
• Advanced credit management and lending operations experience with strong risk management knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Industry-specific knowledge and the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
