Location: Onsite at the hirify.global branch in Belvidere, Illinois, United States

Salary: $22/hour starting pay, with final compensation varying based on lending experience, education, and skill level.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide a positive branch experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions.
• Understand individual financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers toward stronger financial well-being, including savings goals.
• Build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and meet financial responsibility, character, credit, background, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Work onsite at the posted branch location.
