Club Manager (Retail)

Location: Utica, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $106,500–$142,250 per year

What you will do

• Lead club operations, profitability, sales performance, and execution of company priorities.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable across cross-functional operations.
• Build a positive club culture and deliver an excellent member shopping experience.
• Control operating costs, improve productivity, and implement concepts that support profitability.
• Monitor competition, retail trends, shrink, turnover, audits, sales, and labor productivity.
• Communicate with the Home Office and maintain progress toward operational targets.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Leadership experience managing or supervising large and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication, decision-making, service, and results-oriented skills.
• Open shift availability and a minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
