What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop associates while building a positive service-focused environment.
• Manage store sales, profitability, budgets, supplies, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor performance and customer and patient experience from start to finish.
• Partner with the Doctor to support high-quality patient care.
• Conduct audits, maintain corporate and safety standards, and report results to the District Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, recruit, retain, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and sales skills.
• Some locations may require specific licenses or credentials under state law.
