Analyst

Location: United States — Remote, any location; must be a US citizen or hold Green Card status

What you will do

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate strategic goals and client needs into business requirements, product features, roadmaps, user stories, and performance metrics.
• Support development of project-tracking and performance-monitoring tools using PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial, operational, customer, and usage data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and stakeholder reports using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic alignment sessions while supporting change management and collaboration between clients, business units, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, market research, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences; US citizenship or Green Card status required.
