Business Analyst

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future-state processes, conduct gap analyses, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support software development, testing, and user acceptance testing by clarifying requirements.
• Maintain business requirements documents, training materials, and business analysis best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, UML, and BPMN.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar; experience with data analysis and complex datasets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
