Agile Management Analyst (Data Analytics)

Salary: $70,000–$86,500 annually

What you will do

• Support the delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives across Agile teams, product management, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery work.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery processes.
• Document workflows, data processes, system requirements, and data product lifecycle activities.
• Conduct data analysis, validate requirements, identify gaps, and support product and business decisions.
• Partner with technical teams on data integration, data quality, governance, metadata, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst focused on data products or systems.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, data product managers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience with metadata management, data catalogs, metadata tools, data systems, data flows, data architecture, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong Jira expertise and proficiency with Databricks, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data storage systems such as data warehouses and data lakes.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
