Human Resources Director

Location: USA, Overland Park, Kansas — 11880 College Blvd., Suite 200

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders in the Class Action and Restructuring businesses.
• Align workforce, talent, and organizational strategies with business objectives, growth plans, and operational priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals providing HR business partner support.
• Drive change management and workforce transformation across growth, restructuring, acquisitions, and evolving workforce needs.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on talent, compensation, performance management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership or HR Business Partner experience in complex professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or operations-driven organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and change management.
• Ability to use data, technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve business and workforce outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification.
