Senior Manager, People Partnering

Salary: $112,200–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation.
• Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce planning to address critical talent gaps.
• Drive employee experience, inclusion, high-performance culture, and complex employee relations initiatives.
• Partner with Total Rewards to develop compensation frameworks and analyze pay equity and consistency.
• Support organizational development, leadership capability building, and global change management programs.
• Use people analytics to identify trends in retention, performance, and compensation, and improve HR processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a global HR role.
• Experience developing strategic HR plans and leading talent, workforce, and succession strategies.
• Expertise in complex employee relations, compensation frameworks, organizational development, and change management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex matrixed environments and influence senior leaders; professional HR certification is desired.
