Associate RF Engineer (RF/Microwave)

Location: Onsite in Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, characterize, and document new and existing RF products.
• Support advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
• Perform laboratory test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing on product development and problem resolution.
• Provide second-level technical support for customer inquiries and engineering evaluations.
• Follow project management and documentation procedures while developing expertise through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge of RF and microwave engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Technical written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person is required due to ITAR/EAR-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD and simulation software such as SolidWorks and Ansys.
• Experience using laboratory equipment such as VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
