Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

Location: Akron, Ohio, United States; in-office position

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide financial insights and customized solutions that improve client engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships and use sales tools to convert opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of business banking, financial analysis, credit processes, and credit products.
• Skills in client relationship management, prospecting, selling, decision-making, and effective communication.
• Ability to work in the Akron office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
