Finance Manager, Commercial Finance

Location: Little Chalfont, England; on-site at Amersham Place

What you will do

• Develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets for orders, sales, and sales margin.
• Define assumptions and identify forecast variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and lead commercial reviews with USCAN and EMEA filtration teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Order to Remittance and Sales & Operations Planning teams.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses covering forecast accuracy, pricing, funnel management, win rate, and key account trends.
• Support regional reporting and global commercial finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Qlik Sense, and Salesforce.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, stakeholder partnership, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, improve processes, and challenge assumptions using data-driven insight.
