Senior Site Financial Analyst (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to help the site achieve short- and long-term targets.
• Analyze cost transparency, inventory, product profitability, production KPIs, innovation, and cost savings.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Technical Services, and HR functions.
• Support monthly financial closing, outlooks, risks and opportunities processes, and external audits.
• Provide financial support for CAPEX projects.
• Lead process and systems improvement projects, including SAP enhancements and new tools, with local and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
