Senior Manager - Commercial Finance

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct variance, trend, profitability, and cost structure analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for senior management.
• Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business areas and cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and meet targets.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools such as Power BI and Oracle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders and influence senior decision-makers.
• Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription-based ARR or SaaS revenue models.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Kiro, or Copilot.
