Certified General Valuation Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the local office in Massachusetts; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

What you will do

• Execute commercial real estate valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Prepare thorough reports and assist with presenting valuation analysis clearly and concisely.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to deliver client results.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to support valuation work.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related work experience with a commercial real estate background.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
