Senior Campus Experience Manager

Location: New York City, United States; on-site campus role

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the on-site tenant experience and general management for large commercial assets across a dynamic New York campus.
• Manage amenity operations, supplies, inventory, budgets, maintenance escalations, and tenant onboarding.
• Drive meeting and event space sales, local marketing, bookings, site tours, room resets, and third-party AV vendor performance.
• Lead community programming, tenant events, building communications, newsletters, signage, and tenant app updates.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships while setting hospitality and service standards across the building.
• Coach direct reports, manage performance, establish goals, and build an empathetic, supportive team culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or tenant experience management.
• Experience running a building program, hotel operation, high-touch venue, or comparable service operation.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L-related areas such as amenity spending, event costs, or F&B COGS.
• Direct people-management experience, including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multiple stakeholders around shared service standards.
• Comfort with event and CRM tools; experience with Tripleseat or a tenant experience app is advantageous.
