Operations Supervisor (Audiovisual Events)

Location: Onsite work in hotels, convention centers, event venues, and warehouses; work may involve multiple hotel locations and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Hourly pay: $20.82–$27.07.

What you will do

• Lead daily floor operations, including equipment setup, refresh, removal, workflow coordination, and flowsheet completion.
• Direct technical teams and support operational efficiency across event venues.
• Meet with guests, monitor events, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Train and mentor technicians on venue, service, and operational standards.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, break down, secure, transport, and maintain intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Support inventory counts and comply with company safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of audiovisual experience required.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading workflow and team members, with advanced problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical theory.
• External hires must complete required training and certifications within 60 days of starting.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving company vehicles; additional DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in hotel, convention-center, venue, and warehouse environments.

• Bachelor’s degree.
