Front of House Operations Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite venue role with evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods

What you will do

• Lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams across guest areas, bays, tee lines, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, onboarding, coaching, delegation, and ongoing team development.
• Oversee game and bay operations, guest safety, golf and game supply inventory, food and beverage service, product quality, and cost management.
• Manage budgets, spending, leagues, clinics, retail sales, opening and closing procedures, and venue-wide operations.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve satisfaction, operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue.
• Maintain visible floor leadership and uphold service, safety, and operating standards during high-volume periods and special events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading food and beverage and guest-facing operations is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Must be at least 21 years old where required by state or local law and able to obtain required local licenses and certifications.
